Davids has already been producing high-quality antibodies for over 20 years. For your antibody production services, we provide a diverse range of common species. This includes the vaccination with your antigen in order to generate polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. More information on antigen recommendations may be found on our antigen site.
We cover the purification and modification in addition to the generation of your antibodies. They are efficiently and effectively purified from antisera, egg yolk fractions, and cell culture supernatants from IgG and IgM generating clones.

Polyclonal Antibodies Production
Polyclonals are the antibody of choice, when high affinity antibodies need to be manufactured quickly and affordably. They recognize a wide range of antigen epitopes. This produces a strong signal. Our purification methods, such as affinity purification, can aid in lowering the background. We create polyclonal peptide antibodies that target an epitope area, which are useful for differentiating across protein families or detecting many families with a single antibody batch. The benefit of rabbits is that secondary antibodies are widely available in many laboratories. When a significant number of antibodies are required, chicken may be used for vaccination. Every 10 days, the antibody quantity from one chicken equals the amount from one rabbit. The chicken continues to produce eggs, and we may collect a large number of antibodies from a single animal over time. Furthermore, many applications require antibodies derived from rodents such as mice, rats and guineapigs.

Monoclonal Antibodies Development
Monoclonals are the best choice when you require antibodies that identify a single epitope and are constantly produced. Furthermore, each batch of your generated antibodies has no or very little variability. They are highly specific and have a lower background in many applications. Monoclonals, when combined with their repeatability, are ideal for assays requiring high reproducibility.
All of our monoclonal antibody creation services involve full ownership of the produced clones following payment. You will receive the clone frozen in order to generate and purify antibodies in your laboratory. If desired, we can keep your clones in our lab for future productions, purifications, or just as a backup.

Antibody Production from Hybridoma
Our services include the production of monoclonal antibodies from your hybridoma. Your antibodies are made using hybridoma that you supply us. If you don't have the desired hybridoma, let us develop it for you. Furthermore, using transient transfection in CHO cells for example, we can manufacture your proteins or antibodies from your plasmid. Visit our Production Page for further details.
Antibody Purification (Sera, Egg Yolk, Cell Culture Supernatants)
Purifications using ProteinA, ProteinG and antigen specific affinity columns are some of our well-established purification procedures for polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. Depletions, the elimination of undesirable antibodies, can result in the removal of antibodies against tagged antigens. Our well established purification methods for polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies include: Affinity Purifications, Purification with ProteinA or ProteinG and Depletions for antibodies from tagged antigens. If you wish to utilize your antibodies in vivo, we propose our PrepIII purification for ultra pure, endotoxin-free, and sterile antibodies that are ready to use in cell culture studies. Multiple chromatography procedures are used to purify cell culture supernatants from your monoclonal IgG or IgM clones. Visit our Purification Page for more details.
